退款和換貨政策 REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


貨物出門,不設退款 - 缺貨或斷貨除外。

Once goods have been shipped, no refunds will be given - except for items that are out of stock.

 

門市更換 Exchange in Store:
如衣服款式不適合,可於收貨或購買後3天內、5pm後到門市以原價更換其他貨物,逾期無效,換貨需提供本公司單據。
If the style of clothing is not suitable, you can exchange it with other goods at the original price within 3 days after receipt or purchase and after 5 p.m. at the store. Overdue goods will be invalid. Receipt must be provided when you exchange.

順豐退換 Exchange by SF:
客人請於收貨後3天內聯絡本公司,待本公司回覆後可安排順豐退貨;如安排順豐退貨運費將由客戶自行負責。
Customers must contact our company within 3 days after receiving the goods. you can arrange the SF Express return after our company responds. If returned by SF Express,  customers need to be responsible for the return fee charged by SF Express.

 

We do not accept the following conditions for exchange or return 我們不接受以下條件換貨或退貨:

- 如貨品已經洗滌或有人為損壞,本店不接受更換
If the goods have been washed or damaged, our store will not accept replacement.

如購買貨品後一個月內未有領取,該貨品將不能享有換貨服務
If the goods are not picked up within one month after purchase, the goods will not be eligible for exchange service.

如客人以順豐退回貨件,請於收貨或購買後3天內退回及決定更換款式,逾期無效,不作另行通知
If the customer returns the item via SF Express, please return the item and decide on a replacement style within 3 days of receiving the item or purchasing. Otherwise, it will be invalid and no further notice will be given.

鞋款只能於3天內換碼 不設換款
Shoes can only be exchanged the size within 3 days, no style exchange is possible.

- 飾品及貼身衣物基於衛生問題,不設退換
Accessories and underwear are not returnable or exchangeable due to hygienic issues.
